Love Island has revealed the latest contestant to join the hit dating show will be Italian business owner Davide Sanclimenti.
It comes after ITV announced they will be revealing the full series eight line-up throughout the day.
Davide currently lives in Manchester and is hoping to find his soulmate in the villa.
He said: “I think Love Island is going to be so much fun. I’m going to be the Italian stallion in the Villa!
“With my Italian charm, I can also be a very romantic guy. I’m good looking and I’ve realised since I first arrived in Manchester, a lot of English girls actually love me.
“They love to be around me and I love to be around them.
“It’s going to be fun, I’m looking forward to it. I want to find my soulmate, find my person so I can actually build something in the future, grow with them, be a family.”
The 27-year-old believes his Italian charm will get him far in the competition and wants to find someone he can spend the rest of his life with.
He said his family and friends would describe him as someone who has a “good heart”.
“I’m a very deep person. For the people around me, I’m always there, ready to support and help them in a moment of need.”
Davide joins Love Island stars already announced for the 2022 series including Indiyah Polack, Liam Llewellyn, Dami Hope, Tasha Ghouri and Paige Thorne.
The ITV show will return for its eight series on Monday, June 6 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
A host of new singletons are preparing to head to the villa to find love this summer, with the complete line-up expected to be announced today.
Laura Whitmore will also be retuning to her hosting duties for the latest series.
