Cisco appoints New Zealand country manager


Garrett Heraty has been appointed New Zealand country manager for American tech company Cisco and moving from the United States, where he was most recently the client executive for Amazon.

He has worked with Cisco for more than 15 years, spearheading roles around the world, and has been at the forefront of Cisco’s transformation as well as the shift to software and recurring business models.

As country manager for New Zealand, he will try to boost Cisco’s presence in the local market, support technology transformation and software transition with customers and partners, and continue to develop the team.

Heraty will join the senior leadership team from May 9.
